Today Thursday, 08 July 2010 at 12 noon, The Presidents of the FEUAN Daniel Maldonado and Jorge Ortiz FEN, representatives of social organizations, the UPIN and brothers Miguel Angel Arce Alfredo Montiel, by CODUC Florencio Silva, Martin Ulloa Teocalli of Aztlan and the Popular Front Preciado Aristeo Justin Avila Arce Mayorga, held a meeting with representatives of the State Government, Dr. Roberto Mejia Secretary General of Government and Jocelyn Fernandez Undersecretary for Citizen Participation.
this reunion in order to monitor the dialogue on the current problems of public transport.
product of the meeting reached the following conclusions and agreements.
1 .- Official Rates in Tepic public transport are: urban Trucks
$ 5.00 five dollars general rate
two dollars $ 2.00 special rate for students, seniors and the disabled.
2 .- Social organizations committed ourselves to provide written complaints when not observed for the preferential tariff and the state government is committed to infringements committed by drivers lack of respect for the rights to the special rate.
3.-The Transit Department will install decals with official rates in all vehicles providing public transport servicion at short notice.
4 .- Install in a dialogue that will meet periodically to discuss issues not yet finalized and Tepic-Xalisco Rates, Combis, Taxis, expansion of routes, etc. This panel
involved government, transportation and student and social organizations.
